Ms. Salley is the architect of Communi-key, an investigative community art project. Trained as digital and graphic artist, Ms. Salley is deeply committed to advancing art, in all forms, within the Frederick community. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the Arts Council, Ms. Salley has been a senior creative director and marketing executive for the past several years. Currently she is the Chief Marketing Officer for a Maryland-based company. Ms. Salley is a believer in the power of art as a way to bring people together.
